These terms govern chauffeur services arranged with Oxford VIP Chauffeurs Ltd.
1. Bookings
Journey requests submitted through this website are requests only. A booking exists once Oxford VIP Chauffeurs has confirmed the journey with the customer.
2. Quotations and charges
Charges depend on the journey, timing and vehicle required and are confirmed before travel. Any waiting time, additional stops or changes to the journey may affect the final charge.
3. Amendments and cancellations
Amendment and cancellation terms to be confirmed by the operator and inserted here.
4. Vehicles
Vehicles are allocated according to availability, passenger numbers and luggage. Where a specific vehicle is requested, we will confirm availability at the time of booking.
5. Liability
Liability wording to be supplied by the operator and reviewed before publication.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
